The Enhancement Process
It is recommended that you shave whatever area is being treated before your appointment, if applicable. The Physiq applicators will then be applied to the areas in question (either flanks, buttocks, thighs, arms, or stomach). You will feel a comfortable amount of heat from the applicators that provide deep tissue heating and a bit of a tingling sensation from the applicators. A small electrical current is then sent through the applicator to the muscles to tone and tighten them. The entire process takes roughly half an hour.

There is virtually no recovery for Physiq treatments! Although rare, risks include some light bruising, redness, and potential swelling. These are not common, but they are possible. A cold compress will help to reduce any side effects, should they arise. It is also possible that the soreness after the treatment could begin to feel a little more painful than just sore if you are not as active. This will subside within a day, but limiting your movement, getting rest, and applying a warm compress will help to relieve any discomfort.
